A. 1. Check your internet connection: Ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi or have a strong cellular signal. If the connection is weak, try switching to a different network or resetting your router.
2. Clear app cache: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, find Logile Connect, and tap on it. If there's an option to 'Offload App', do that to clear temporary files without deleting your data. Reinstall the app if necessary.
