A. 1. Force close the app: Double-click the Home button (or swipe up from the bottom of the screen on iPhones without a Home button) to view all open apps. Swipe up on Logile Connect to close it. Then, reopen the app and try logging in again.
2. Restart your iPhone: Press and hold the power button until you see the 'slide to power off' option. Slide to turn off your device, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This can clear temporary glitches that may cause the app to freeze.
B. 3. Update the app: Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon at the top right, and scroll down to see if Logile Connect has an available update. If so, tap 'Update' to install the latest version, which may fix bugs causing the freeze.
