A. Limit background app refresh for Talkatone. Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh and toggle it off for Talkatone to reduce battery usage.

B. Check for any unnecessary notifications from the app and disable them. Go to Settings > Notifications > Talkatone and adjust the settings to minimize background activity.
