Make sure the camera is positioned correctly and is not obstructed. The camera should have a clear view of the drawing area. 3. Adjust the sensitivity settings in the app if available. Go to the settings menu within the app and look for pen tracking or sensitivity options to fine-tune the performance.

B. 4. Test the pen on different surfaces to ensure it’s not a surface issue. Use a smooth, flat surface for optimal tracking.
