A. 1. Ensure your iPhone is updated to the latest iOS version. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install any available updates.
2. Close other apps running in the background to free up memory. Double-tap the Home button (or swipe up from the bottom on newer iPhones) and swipe up on apps to close them.
3. Uninstall and reinstall the Pictionary Air app. Press and hold the app icon until it wiggles, tap the 'X' to delete it, then go to the App Store to download it again.
B. 4. Check for updates to the Pictionary Air app itself in the App Store. Open the App Store, tap on your profile icon, and scroll to see if Pictionary Air has an update available.
