A. Ensure that you are logged into the app with the same account used to purchase the tickets. Go to the 'My Tickets' section and look for an option to add or link tickets. If this option is not available, try logging out and logging back in to refresh your account data.
B. Check for any app updates in the App Store. Sometimes, bugs are fixed in newer versions. If an update is available, install it and then try adding your tickets again.
