A. 1. Force close the app: Double-click the Home button (or swipe up from the bottom of the screen on iPhones without a Home button) to view all open apps. Swipe up on the Ferryhopper app to close it. Then, reopen the app to see if the issue persists.
2. Check for updates: Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon at the top right, and scroll down to see if there are updates available for Ferryhopper. If there is an update, tap 'Update'.
3. Restart your iPhone: Hold down the power button until you see 'slide to power off'. Slide to turn off your device, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This can help clear temporary glitches.
B. 4. Clear app cache: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Find Ferryhopper in the list and tap on it. If there is an option to 'Offload App', do that. This will remove the app but keep its documents and data. Reinstall the app from the App Store.
