A. Ensure that your device's operating system is up to date. Go to Settings > System > System Update and check for updates. Also, check for updates for the Wings Sync app in the Google Play Store.

B. Try clearing the app's cache and data. Go to Settings > Apps > Wings Sync > Storage > Clear Cache and then Clear Data. Note that clearing data may reset your settings.
