A. Check your device's settings to ensure that Yoti has permission to access Google Drive. Go to Settings > Apps > Yoti > Permissions and ensure that storage permissions are enabled.

B. If the app still does not connect, try logging out of your Google account and then logging back in. This can sometimes refresh the connection.
