A. Check your device's orientation settings. On mobile devices, you can usually lock the orientation by swiping down from the top of the screen and tapping the orientation lock icon. On tablets, look for similar settings in the quick settings menu.

B. If the app has a setting for screen orientation, navigate to the app settings and look for an option to lock the orientation to portrait mode.
