A. If you receive a product that is the wrong size or defective, initiate a return through the AJIO app or website. Select the item in 'My Orders', choose the return option, and specify the reason for the return as 'wrong size' or 'defective'.
B. Before returning, check the product details on the AJIO website to confirm the size chart and specifications. If the item is defective, take clear photos of the defect to include in your return request.
