A. Check the status of your order in the 'My Orders' section of the AJIO app or website. If it shows as delayed, you can contact customer support through the app's chat feature or by calling their support number. Provide your order number and ask for an estimated delivery date.
B. If your order is significantly delayed, consider canceling it if the option is available. Go to 'My Orders', select the order, and choose the cancel option. This will allow you to reorder the item later if needed.
