A. Reset the AirPods by placing them in their case, closing the lid, and waiting for 30 seconds. Then, open the lid and press and hold the button on the back of the case until the LED light flashes amber and then white. This will disconnect them from the previous owner's Apple ID.
B. If resetting does not work, try connecting the AirPods to your device and see if you can remove them from the previous owner's account through the Bluetooth settings. If they still appear, you may need to contact Apple support for further assistance.
