A. 1. Check file format: Ensure that the transparent icons you are trying to load are in a compatible format (like PNG). If not, convert them using an image editing app.
2. Restart the app: Close Brass completely by swiping up from the bottom of the screen (or double-clicking the home button) and swiping the app off the screen. Then reopen it and try loading the icons again.
B. 3. Update the app: Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon at the top right, scroll down to see if Brass has an update available. If so, tap 'Update' to install the latest version.
