A. 1. Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular data connection. You can test this by opening a web browser and loading a page.
2. Clear app cache: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, find Brass, and tap on it. If there's an option to 'Offload App', do that to clear cache without losing data. Then reinstall the app from the App Store.
B. 3. Restart the app: Close Brass completely by swiping up from the bottom of the screen (or double-clicking the home button) and swiping the app off the screen. Then reopen it.
