A. 1. Close the app completely: Double-click the Home button (or swipe up from the bottom of the screen on iPhones without a Home button) to view all open apps. Swipe up on the Poly.AI app to close it. Then, reopen the app and try streaming again.
2. Check for updates: Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon at the top right, and scroll down to see if there are updates available for Poly.AI. If there is an update, tap 'Update' to install it.
3. Restart your iPhone: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. Press and hold the power button until you see the slider, then slide to power off. Turn it back on after a few seconds.
B. 4. Clear app cache: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, find Poly.AI, and tap on it. If there’s an option to offload the app, do that. This will remove the app but keep its documents and data. Reinstall the app from the App Store.
