A. 1. Ensure you are connected to the internet: Progress may not save if you are offline. Check your Wi-Fi or cellular data connection.
2. Log out and log back in: Sometimes, logging out of your account and logging back in can refresh the app and save your progress.
3. Check app permissions: Go to Settings > Privacy > Background App Refresh and ensure SHREDDY is allowed to refresh in the background.
