A. 1. Force close the app: Double-click the Home button (or swipe up from the bottom of the screen on iPhones without a Home button) to view all open apps. Swipe up on the Wire app to close it. Then, reopen the app to see if the issue persists.
2. Update the app: Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon at the top right, scroll down to see if Wire has an update available. If so, tap 'Update'.
3. Restart your iPhone: Hold down the power button until you see 'slide to power off'. Turn off your device, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on. This can help clear temporary glitches.
B. 4. Clear app cache: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Wire. If there’s an option to offload the app, do that. This will clear some cache without deleting your data.
