A. Check the app settings to ensure notifications are enabled. Go to Settings > Notifications > CSCPay and make sure 'Allow Notifications' is turned on. If notifications are still inaccurate, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to reset its data.

B. Manually track the time you start your laundry and set a timer on your phone as a backup to ensure you know when to check on your laundry.
