A. To log out, go to the app's settings by tapping on your profile or the settings icon, then look for the 'Log Out' option. If it doesn't work, try force quitting the app and then reopening it to see if the logout option becomes available.
B. If the logout option is still unresponsive, try clearing the app's cache. Go to 'Settings' > 'Avaya Workplace' and look for an option to clear cache or data.
