A. Ensure that notifications are enabled for the app. Go to 'Settings' > 'Notifications' > 'Avaya Workplace' and check that 'Allow Notifications' is enabled and that the alert style is set to 'Banners' or 'Alerts'.
B. Check your Do Not Disturb settings. Go to 'Settings' > 'Do Not Disturb' and ensure it is turned off, as this can prevent notifications from appearing.
