A. Check the app's permissions to ensure it can save files. Go to Settings > Privacy > Photos, and make sure Pitu has access to save images and videos. If it does, try restarting the app.

B. If the issue persists, try saving images and videos to a different location, such as your camera roll, and see if that works. You can also check your device's storage to ensure there is enough space available.
