A. 1. Force close the app: Double-click the Home button (or swipe up from the bottom of the screen on iPhones without a Home button) to view all open apps. Swipe up on the Hims app to close it. Then, reopen the app to see if it functions properly. 2. Restart your iPhone: Press and hold the power button until you see the 'slide to power off' option. Slide to turn off your device, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This can clear temporary glitches that may cause the app to freeze. 3. Update the app: Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon at the top right, scroll down to see if Hims has an update available, and tap 'Update' if it does. Keeping the app updated can resolve bugs that cause freezing.
B. 4. Clear app cache: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, find the Hims app, and tap on it. If there’s an option to offload the app, do that. This will remove the app but keep its documents and data. Reinstall the app from the App Store to clear any corrupted data.
