If smaller files upload successfully, consider compressing larger files before uploading. 3. Restart the Teams app and try uploading again. If the issue continues, clear the app cache by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Teams and selecting 'Offload App'. Then reinstall it from the App Store.
