A. 1. Ensure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install any available updates.
2. Close other apps running in the background to free up memory. Double-tap the Home button (or swipe up from the bottom on newer models) and swipe up on apps to close them.
3. Delete and reinstall the Pixelcut app. Press and hold the app icon until it wiggles, tap the 'X' to delete, then go to the App Store to reinstall it.
B. 4. Check for updates to the Pixelcut app in the App Store. Open the App Store, tap on your profile icon, and scroll to see if Pixelcut has an update available.
5. If the app continues to crash, consider resetting your iPhone's settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. This will not delete your data but will reset system settings.
