A. 1. Ensure your iPhone is updated to the latest iOS version. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install any available updates.
2. Close all other apps running in the background to free up memory. Double-tap the Home button (or swipe up from the bottom on newer models) and swipe up on apps to close them.
3. Restart your iPhone by holding down the power button and sliding to power off. Then turn it back on.
4. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Dualgram app. Press and hold the app icon until it wiggles, then tap the 'X' to delete it. Reinstall it from the App Store.
B. 5. Check for any app-specific updates in the App Store. Open the App Store, tap on your profile icon, and scroll down to see if Dualgram has an update available.
