A. Verify that your phone number is correctly entered in your USPS account settings. Go to Settings > Notifications in the app and ensure that text updates are enabled.

B. Check your phone's settings to ensure that SMS notifications are not blocked for the USPS app. Go to Settings > Notifications > USPS and ensure that Allow Notifications is enabled.
