A. Disconnect any Bluetooth devices that may be interfering. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn off Bluetooth, then turn it back on. Reconnect your FitRx device and see if it resolves the issue.
B. If the problem persists, try resetting your Bluetooth settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Note that this will remove all saved Wi-Fi passwords.
