A. If the app freezes, try closing it completely and reopening it. To do this, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause to see the app switcher, then swipe the FitRx app off the screen. If the problem persists, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the App Store.
B. Ensure your iPhone is updated to the latest iOS version. Go to Settings > General > Software Update to check for updates. Sometimes, app performance issues are resolved with system updates.
