A. 1. Ensure that you are logged into the same iCloud account on both devices. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud to check. 2. Check if iCloud Drive is enabled for Shazam. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Drive and ensure Shazam is toggled on.
