A. 1. Limit background app refresh: Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh and turn it off for Napper to save battery life. 2. Lower screen brightness: Reduce your screen brightness or enable 'Auto-Brightness' in Settings > Display & Brightness to conserve battery while using the app.

B. 3. Enable Low Power Mode: Go to Settings > Battery and enable Low Power Mode to extend battery life while using Napper.
