A. 1. Close the app completely: Double-tap the home button (or swipe up from the bottom of the screen on newer iPhones) to view all open apps. Swipe up on the Napper app to close it. Then, reopen the app and try streaming again.
2. Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection. You can do this by opening a web browser and trying to load a webpage. If the connection is weak, try moving closer to your router or switching to a different network.
B. 3. Update the app: Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon at the top right, scroll down to see if Napper has an update available. If so, tap 'Update' to install the latest version, which may fix bugs causing the freezing.
