A. 1. Close the app completely: Double-tap the home button (or swipe up from the bottom on newer iPhones) to view all open apps. Swipe up on the Eufy Security app to close it. Then, reopen the app and try streaming again.
2. Clear the app cache: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Eufy Security. If there’s an option to offload the app, do that to clear temporary files. Reinstall the app if necessary.
B. 3. Check for updates: Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon, and scroll down to see if there are updates available for the Eufy Security app. Keeping the app updated can resolve bugs that cause freezing.
