A. Make sure your camera is functioning properly. Test it by opening the Camera app and taking a picture. If the camera works, restart the MyHumana app and try scanning again.
B. If scanning still fails, manually enter the credit card information instead. Tap on the option to enter details manually and fill in the required fields.
