A. If you're having trouble resetting your password, ensure that you are entering the correct email address associated with your account. Check your spam or junk folder for the reset email. If you still don't receive it, try using a different email address if you have one registered.
B. Clear the app's cache by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, find the Pilot Flying J app, and select 'Offload App'. This will remove the app but keep its documents and data. Reinstall the app and attempt the password reset again.
