A. Ensure that your phone is not in silent mode by flipping the silent switch on the side of your iPhone to the "ring" position. This will allow the app to play sounds as intended.

B. If you prefer to keep your phone in silent mode, you can enable sound for specific apps by going to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Ringer and Alerts, and adjusting the volume slider. Additionally, check the app's settings to see if there is an option to override silent mode.
