A. 1. Restart your iPhone: Press and hold the power button until you see the slider, then slide to power off. After the device is off, press and hold the power button again until the Apple logo appears.
2. Ensure you have a stable internet connection: Switch between Wi-Fi and cellular data to see if the issue persists.
3. Clear the app cache: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, find the Purp app, and select 'Offload App'. This will remove the app but keep its documents and data. Reinstall the app from the App Store.
B. 4. Update the app: Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon, and scroll down to see if there are updates available for Purp. If so, tap 'Update'.
5. Check for iOS updates: Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install any available updates.
