A. Close any other apps running in the background that may be using system resources. Double-tap the home button (or swipe up from the bottom on newer iPhones) to see all open apps, and swipe up on any unnecessary apps to close them.

B. Try switching your internet connection from Wi-Fi to cellular data or vice versa. Sometimes, a weak internet connection can cause glitches during video calls.
