A. Ensure that mobile data is enabled on your device. Go to 'Settings' > 'Network & internet' > 'Mobile network' and toggle on 'Mobile data'.

B. Check if DingTalk has permission to use mobile data. Go to 'Settings' > 'Apps' > 'DingTalk' > 'Data usage' and ensure that 'Background data' is enabled.
