A. 1. Open the DStv app and go to your device's settings. 2. Look for 'Display' or 'Screen' settings. 3. Ensure that 'Auto-rotate' is enabled. 4. If it is already enabled, try toggling it off and then back on. 5. Restart the DStv app and check if screen rotation works now.
