A. Ensure that your device's Bluetooth is turned on and that it is in pairing mode. Restart both the app and your device to refresh the connection.

B. Try resetting the Bluetooth settings on your device. Go to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.
