A. Ensure you are entering the correct email and password. If you have forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot Password' feature and follow the instructions sent to your email. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email.
B. If you continue to have login issues, try clearing the app cache and data. Go to Settings > Apps > Hardee’s > Storage and select 'Clear Cache' and 'Clear Data'. After this, reopen the app and attempt to log in again.
