A. Ensure that you have granted the app permission to access your contacts. Go to Settings > Apps > Pi Network > Permissions and enable Contacts access if it is disabled.

B. If you are still having trouble, try manually entering contact information instead of using the contact list feature. This can be a temporary workaround until the issue is resolved.
