A. Ensure that NFC is enabled on your device by going to Settings > Connected devices > Connection preferences > NFC. Toggle it on if it’s off.

B. Try restarting your phone and the app. Make sure the NFC area on your phone is clean and that you are holding the phone close enough to the NFC reader.
