A. Ensure that you are not using a battery saver mode that may be affecting the app's performance. Disable battery optimization for the app by going to Settings > Battery > Battery Optimization and selecting symplr Work to not optimize.
B. If the problem continues, try clearing the app's cache and data. Go to Settings > Apps > symplr Work > Storage > Clear Data. Note that this will reset the app, and you will need to log in again.
