A. 1. Check notification settings: Go to your device's Settings > Apps > ProgressBook Parent/Student > Notifications and ensure notifications are enabled.
2. Clear app cache: Go to Settings > Apps > ProgressBook Parent/Student > Storage > Clear Cache to remove any outdated notification data.
3. Refresh the app: Pull down on the assignments page to refresh the content and notifications.
