A. 1. Ensure that your earbuds are fully charged. 2. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone and then turn it back on. 3. Forget the earbuds from your phone's Bluetooth settings and then re-pair them. 4. Open the JLab app and try reconnecting the earbuds again.
B. 1. Restart the earbuds by placing them in the charging case and closing the lid for a few seconds. 2. Take them out and try to reconnect them through the app.
