A. Ensure both users have the latest version of the We-Vibe app installed. Go to the Google Play Store, search for We-Vibe, and check for updates. If an update is available, install it. After updating, restart both devices and try reconnecting.
B. Check your internet connection. Both users should have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. If one user is on a weak connection, it may affect the long-distance play. Try switching to a different network if possible.
