A. Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and toggle it on. Then, forget the earbuds from the Bluetooth settings and re-pair them by holding the power button on the earbuds until they enter pairing mode, then select them from the Bluetooth list.

B. Restart both your smartphone and the earbuds. For the earbuds, turn them off and then back on. This can help reset the connection.
