A. Ensure that your app is updated to the latest version. Go to the Google Play Store, search for TeraBox, and check for updates.

B. If the app continues to crash, try clearing the app data. Go to Settings > Apps > TeraBox > Storage > Clear Data. Note that this may reset your settings.
